On January 27, St. Luke’s Former Assistant Head of School for Teaching and Learning and current math teacher Guy Bailey and four St. Luke’s students visited the Stamford Government Center and met Mayor David Martin. MS Student Council members Skyler Wilkes, Molly Kim, Elyse Kim, Vincent DiTeodoro and Bailey were given a tour of the Town Clerk's office, 911 center, Traffic Control headquarters and had lunch with the mayor. Bailey said, “Mayor Martin shared great stories about his own experiences as well as his approach to problem solving.”
This fun and informative outing was all part of an auction item Guy Bailey had won and then generously shared with some St. Luke’s students.
