GLSEN Day of Silence

S.A.
On Friday, April 23, Upper School students and faculty were invited to support the GLSEN Day of Silence—a global, student-led demonstration where LGBTQ+ students and allies take a vow of silence to protest the harmful effects of harassment and discrimination of LGBTQ+ people in schools.

The event was led by the students of Upper School Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA), and participation was optional. This is the 15th year St. Luke’s has participated and shown support for the LGBTQ+ students, faculty, staff, alumni, and family members in our SLS community and around the world.

Here are some photos from the day.
