Varsity Baseball

It was an exciting finish for St. Luke’s Varsity Baseball on Wednesday 4/12 with the Storm all tied up going into extra innings. Colin Meany’17 found the gap to get the runner home in the bottom of the 8th resulting in a 3-2 final vs. The Hopkins School.

It was a beautiful day for baseball for SLS at Rye Country Day School on Thursday 4/13. SLS got off to a great start with an impressive in the park home run by Meany and a strong hitting performance by Andrew Correia ‘17. Sadly, after taking a lead into the 3rd inning, the Wildcat’s bats proved to be too hot despite the Storm’s early efforts and St. Luke’s took the loss 4-9.
