Starting in fifth grade, St. Luke's students begin to learn and practice what it means to be ethical and empathetic leaders. Year by year, through signature leadership experiences, their confidence to lead grows. The CFL helps students build skills that open the door to authentic leadership: effective speaking and listening, social and emotional agility, creative problem-solving, and collaboration.

Our Distinct Approach to Leadership

The CFL and St. Luke's Mission

St. Luke’s mission is an exceptional education that inspires a deep love of learning, a strong moral compass, the commitment to serve, and the confidence to lead. The CFL advances this mission by helping students develop exceptional leadership ability and employs three leadership lenses to do so: Global Perspective, Service Orientation, and Inclusive Ethos.

Leadership Lab: "The Power of Brand"

Imagine learning how to launch a concept before you've even left high school. The CFL creates Leadership Lab experiences to connect students with powerhouses from diverse fields including business, arts, and philanthropy. In one student's words: "This was like the real world."
