Julia Gabriele
St. Luke's Associate Head of School and Chief Financial Officer
Associate Head of School for Finance and Operations, Julia Gabriele has been at St. Luke’s since 1988 when she began as an Upper School English teacher. She became Director of Public Relations in 1989, Director of Admissions in 1990, Director of Studies in 1999, and Assistant Head of School and Head of the Upper School in 2001. She occasionally continues to get in the classroom in both the history and English departments.
In the fall of 2007, Ms. Gabriele’s role as Assistant Head of School expanded to include all financial and operational aspects of the School. In 2018-19, she served as Acting Head of School when Mark Davis was on sabbatical and then became Associate Head of School in 2019.
Prior to the start of the 2020-21 school year, Ms. Gabriele was certified as a contact tracer and currently serves as the School's official COVID-19 Coordinator.
