The King Vikings traveled to the Hilltop for a Monday afternoon JV football match. With only thirteen players, the Storm, again outnumbered, jumped a quick 32-6 lead on the strong play of Noah Daniel, Alex Libman, Chris Shurr, and Brian Lattoraca. The Storm defense was stingy, behind the play of 8th grader B.J. Buckle, Paul Freeman, and Robert Wood, allowing few Viking first downs. In the second half, St. Luke's wide receiver Robert Luchars made a move to tailback to help out with the rushing attack, and along with Jasper Bibb helped the Storm offense. Overall, the boys put on a veritable clinic of blocking and tackling on a fine late September afternoon.
