April Athletes of the Month

Dan Lyons
Max Macey ’13 and Janay Parrott ’13 have been selected as St. Luke’s Athletes of the Month for April 2013.

Max Macey plays in the top slot for the boys varsity tennis team, and has an undefeated 8-0 record in the regular season for the 6-2 Storm. Max also advanced to the finals of the FAA singles championship tournament at Yale University.

Janay Parrott plays catcher and is the leadoff hitter for St. Luke’s 11-1 varsity softball team. Parrott’s ability to get on base and aggressive baserunning is instrumental in sparking the St. Luke’s offense; she has 17 stolen bases through 12 games this season. As starting catcher, she has also been incredibly helpful in the development of the Storm’s strong pitching staff.
