St. Luke’s Student Makes the Snow Day Call

S.A.
Earlier this winter, Head of School Mark Davis shared with the community, “I know well the magic of a snow day and promise that those days are not gone forever.” With that promise in mind, he met with Middle School Student Council President Ali DeFilippo '25 last Sunday to discuss plans for the impending winter storm. As a result, St. Luke’s School had their first official snow day of the season on Monday, Feb. 1. Even better, Ali got to share the news with the community by recording St. Luke’s weather announcement.

As Ali shared in her message, the snow day means, “...there will be no classes, no homework due, and no after school activities, so all of us can sleep in and have a total break from school. I hope this news makes everyone happy.”
