Upper School Club Expo Showcases a Range of Student Interests

V. Odenbach
St. Luke’s Upper School clubs kicked off the academic year with the annual Club Expo. At this spirited event, student leaders pitch their clubs and affinity groups to fellow students, who are encouraged to get involved.

Kate Parker-Burgard, Director of the Center for Leadership, shared:

“This year’s Club Expo was full of innovation, energy, and passion. Student leaders promoted their clubs, which covered a broad range of interests, including service, music, current events, chess, video journalism, programming, finance, feminism, science, and much more. While clubs can be formed at any time during the year, this event marks an enthusiastic start to club life at St. Luke’s School. It’s always wonderful to see students energized around such a wide range of topics. The initial sign-ups for the clubs suggest that students will have a lot of fun sharing their interests with their classmates.”
