Spring Practices Open on Thursday, February 28

Upper school practices for the Spring athletics season open next Thursday, February 28.  Boys and girls lacrosse, baseball, and softball will begin their practices at this time.  Tennis practices times at indoor locations will be scheduled, please see your coach for more information on tennis practice.  Golf practice opens after break in March.
 
In addition to Thursday's practices, on Wednesday, February 27, all upper school spring student-athletes and coaches will attend a presentation on Athlete Nutrition and Supplements on Wednesday February 27 from 3:15pm-3:45pm in the AC by SLS athletic training staff.
