St. Luke’s actors shine in the St. Luke’s Theatre Company’s production of Five Women Wearing the Same Dress
From Director of Theatre Arts Jason Peck:

It is always so thrilling when actors connect and relate to the story and script. During last weekend's SpringFest, the St. Luke's Theatre Company (Advanced Acting class) had that chance when performing Allan Ball's Five Women Wearing the Same Dress. Mr. Ball is most noted for his screenwriting on the film American Beauty, and the tv shows Six Feet Under and True Blood. It is his remarkable ear for dialogue that made this work so special. The actors' focus during our entire rehearsal process was active listening and to keep the performance burning even when you aren't speaking. Five Women pivots around five bridesmaids wearing the same dress at a wedding but the distinctions our actors were able to bring to the play was remarkable.
