Service Board’s Toy Drive a Success

S.A.
At the end of May, St. Luke’s Service Board hosted a toy drive for Make-A-Wish Connecticut. Samantha Stevelman ‘23 shares details about the toy drive’s success.

Thank you to all who donated to the Make-A-Wish Connecticut toy drive. The drive was a huge success, and we are so excited to visit the Make-A-Wish Connecticut location to stock the toy store with brand new toys generously donated by those in our school's community. This drive came at the perfect time, as in the upcoming week, a four-year-old wish kid named Johnny will visit the Trumbull location, where he will choose a toy from the newly stocked toy store. He is incredibly excited as he has not been to a toy store in a few years, due to his illness and treatments, so this will be a very exciting day for him!

Thank you all for your generosity and for supporting this amazing organization.
