Our Head of School, Mary Halpin Carter, Ph.D., leads with care for every member of the community. She works in close partnership with the Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that every decision reflects our mission and puts students first.
The Board of Trustees provides thoughtful governance, stewardship, and long-term strategic direction. The Senior Leadership Team oversees day-to-day operations across academics, admissions, equity and inclusion, athletics, marketing and communications, and business operations.
Together, these teams ensure that SLS remains a vibrant, mission-driven community focused on helping students discover their full potential to thrive, lead, and contribute.
